メディテーション、陰陽ヨガ、セルフ・リフレクションの３本立てでお届けする、ジャネット・ラウの新年シリーズワークショップです。３週間に渡って、私たちの日々の暮らしの健やかさと、人生の豊かさを左右するトピックについて取り上げ、実践的なマインドフルネスの適応法についてわかりやすい言葉でご紹介します。

不確実性のなかでも揺らぐことがない、明瞭なマインドとオープンな心の態度を培う、継続可能なマインドフルネスのプラクティスを通して、闇雲にビジョンを描くのではなく、心の態度を見直し、明確な意図を持って、2021年の夢を叶える準備をしましょう。

対象者：All Level メディテーション、ヨガともにビギナーからインストラクターまでどなたでもご参加いただけます

言語：英語で行われ、水野香織さんの日本語通訳がつきます

オンライン講座：Zoomを使用して行われます

Welcoming the new year with mindfulness - Janet Lau Series Workshop

This is the time of the year to step back and paint the big picture for the coming new year. With a clear picture in mind, it helps us stay focused and steady no matter what comes our way.

Each workshop we will work on different areas:

Jan 8: Career / work

Jan 15: Relationship with others

Jan 22: Our spiritual growth

*Series attendance is preferable to learn wholesomely, but you can take each WS indivisually. 

This workshop will include a 75 min of Yin Yang asana and meditation, plus 45 min of self reflection practices.

All levels of practitioners are welcome.

Language: English with simultaneous Japanese translation by Kaori Mizuno.
